An unfair settlement agreement was reached by DHS and MN Disability Law Center in the Murphy v. Harpstead class action lawsuit. It is unfair to the Plaintiff Class, who are Minnesotan adults with disabilities living in group homes who have not been given the choice and opportunity to live in the most integrated setting appropriate to their needs.
